Somani family which is a traditional business family is managing the company since beginning.

Mr Vijay Shanker Somani is the Managing Director of the company and he has a long business experience of more than 3 decades related to Construction Raw Materials and automobiles spares. His vision surely helped the company to steadily grow the business and profitability of the company.

Mr Shree Kishan Somani is the Chairman of the company and has a  extensive business experience of nearly 60 years starting with textile business in Burma ( Myanmar) and then establishing Timber Business in Jabalpur M.P. and then starting Timber, Plywood and Laminates business in New Delhi. He also has other business interest in Budget Hotel, Automobile spares.

Mr Ravi Somani is the Director of the company.  He has widely travelled abroad and have good experience  of Export Import Business. He is also one of the promoter in an upcoming 300 bed Multi Speciality Hospital in Lucknow.
